Individual therapy

Weekly or biweekly psychotherapy for adults. Sessions are 45–50 minutes unless otherwise agreed. We will outline goals together and revisit them as your needs evolve.

Getting started

A short introductory call helps us confirm fit, discuss fees and insurance, and answer practical questions. There is no obligation to book after that conversation.

Collaboration & referrals

When your needs fall outside our scope, we discuss referrals to trusted colleagues or higher levels of care. We only coordinate with other providers with your written consent.
